"Well Versed"

"Well Versed" is the principal literary publication of the Columbia Chapter of the Missouri Writers' Guild. Published annually, it features original poetry and prose authored by area writers.

Well Versed is a year-round activity for CCMWG. Manuscript submissions for the 2009 edition are closed, but submissions for the 2010 edition now being accepted. So get busy with your writing, or looking over work you have already done, for submission to next year's edition. We invite submissions from published and unpublished authors, whether or not affiliated with the Guild or the Columbia Chapter. See our Submissions page for current manuscript guidelines.

We prefer that you submit them via e-mail. If you choose to mail them, we ask that you have an accessible copy on CD or disk for ease of publication. Beginning with the 2007 edition, we are paying $1 per piece accepted .
